The Parish Council plays an active part in all local planning issues. It is probably the area of the Council’s role that is best known to the community and which can be of the most importance. Matters on which comments can or cannot be made are contained in this document.

Pegswood Parish Council operates a Small Grants and Donations Scheme. The purpose of the scheme is to support consituted groups who are able to demonstrate that they can provide an important service or deliver significant benefit to the people of Pegswood.

You can make a request for up to £100 by submitting a letter of application at anytime throughout the year. The application must meet the criteria set out in our policy and in particular, reference made to the number of Pegswood residents that would benefit.

Completed application forms must be on the official form and received at the Parish Office by 1st October each year. Make sure to include all supporting documentation as set out in the policy and guidance notes.

No ONE can do it all but EVERYONE can make a difference!

There are a variety of things to do around the village that the Parish Council appreciate any help with, some activities
on a weekly basis but not all requiring regular commitment.  Pop in to see us or speak to a Councillor for further
details or get in touch through the contact form.

Any time given is welcomed in making the village the best place to live!
